We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account (email address, optional full name), and information generated through your use of the app (workout history, templates you create, exercise logs).

We do not collect precise location data, health data from wearables, or any biometric information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Tabata HIIT service
• To authenticate you and keep your data secure
• To sync your workout templates and history across devices
• To process subscription payments (via RevenueCat and/or Stripe)
• To send transactional emails (password reset, account notices)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, bcrypt for passwords) and apply the principle of least privilege to all data access.

4. Third-Party Services

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, see Section 9 below. We will process all requests within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

The Tabata HIIT app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
